Takeaway workers Iyad Albattikhi and Mohammed Reveshi were acquitted of her murder in 2007.
The pair worked at Funny Boyz fast food shop in Blackpool and the trial heard Charlene's body was chopped up and had 'gone into kebabs'.
The jury failed to reach a verdict and the prosecution dropped the charges during a re-trial.
