Dear valued customer.
This is a notification about urgent maintenance works affecting KVM Based cloud/VPS accounts.
Impact: service interruption for up to 15-30 minutes during the maintenance. (Depending on used HDD space).
Maintenance start time: 11/02/2016 13:00 GMT +2
Maintenance end time: 14/02/2016 23:00 GMT +2
Reasons for the maintenance: migration from older hypervisor to new, more powerful hypervisor server, recently discovered bug in the old hypervisor's software.
During the aforementioned time period, your VPS servers will be gracefully shut down and automatically migrated to the new hypervisor server. Please contact us on wavecom@wavecom.ee if you need to schedule your servers migration outside from the common queue. We can agree on a specific date/time for your server's migration.
Migration to the new hypervisor was planned for later, but we had to move the maintenance deadline forward because of a software bug discovered in the old hypervisors software.
We hope this maintenance meets your approval and we apologize for any inconveniences it might cause you.
