    We desperately hope European Shippers and Forwarders will get the message, and realize that roaming bears is the least problem a Carrier might encounter traveling along the Russian roads. A famous Russian proverb states that there are two greatest problems in Russia: fools and roads. Not taking into consideration the peculiarities of this second of the Two Greatest Problems of Russia, basically, means being the first one.
