XRumer is a blackhat search engine optimization program that is able to successfully register and post to forums (forum spam) with the aim of boosting search engine rankings. The program is able to bypass security techniques commonly used by many forums and blogs to deter automated spam, such as account registration, client detection, many forms of CAPTCHAs, and e-mail activation before posting. The program utilises socks and http proxies in an attempt to make it more difficult for administrators to block posts by source IP and features a proxy checking tool to verify the integrity and anonymity of the proxies used.

Currently the cost is - $590 + $10 per month.
All updates is for free.

Such a high price is caused by the following factors:
Exclusive capabilities of the software. No software with similar capabilities is of now available;
Very wide area of usage, from small personal sites to large commercial projects;
Software is highly specific. A high price gives some guarantee that the software will not end up in the hands of swindlers and small internet hooligans.
In spite of the price, software will start to yield profit in a month, and with a more professional use - even faster.
