Subject : NA61/SHINE status and data taking with ion beams Abstract:
The status and plans of the NA61/SHINE experiment will be presented.
First, detector performance and the preliminary results for the 2007 pilot run will be discussed.
Second, the status of the 2009 data taking will be given.
Finally, the plans for the data taking with ion beams will be reviewed.
