stavo traducendo il nuovo programma del PNVD (quello del 2008)

e ho trovato una cosa troppo lollosa che voglio anticipare


la proposta sarebbe

Non sarà obbligatorio per il Governo e i datori di lavoro contribuire agli asili per bambini.
Fornire asili per bambini non deve essere un affare costoso; c'è molta gente a cui piace spendere tempo con i bambini
e che potrebbero assumersene la responsabilità durante il giorno.Abolire le licenze obligatorie renderà più economico
fornire asili per bambini.
