Teen charged with rape of elderly woman



A Muskogee 15-year-old was charged Wednesday with first-degree rape of an elderly woman and two counts of attempted forcible sodomy.

Patrick Raymond Lee II was charged as a youthful offender. That means he may be prosecuted as though he were an adult, a filing in Muskogee County District Court states.

If convicted of the rape charge, the teenager could face a punishment of death or imprisonment for not less than five years.

Lee faces up to 10 years in prison on each of the charges of attempted forcible sodomy, according to the court filings.

He is jailed at the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility in lieu of $100,000 bond.
