    A party for next love, liberty and variety

    Dare it to even think: PNVD now!

    This party program is to be seen and callably under:
    www.PNVD.nl

    Since April 2004 some corrections at this party program were made. An overview of all Changes and earlier versions of this program are to be found at the end of this document.

    Preface

    Which excites us much

    Diversification (variety) makes the life interesting. Everyone should receive as possible the chance to as much to select its own ideals. Unfortunately many humans die nowadays as COPY, although they were born as a singular person. To it came because many humans - also politicians - place their flags into the wind blowing in each case and only few it dare to think independently. In addition one gives oneself mutually no chance, because one takes over without to complain the existing views and as only true one (view) regards these. It is simple and contemplative not to think independently to represent and no deviating opinion. If something is not correct at a accepted view, and it becomes outward visible, then there is usually a revolution. During a revolution opinions are not erhört likewise by fringe groups however, which increases the danger that her by another, likewise dominant factor, than truth outstanding opinion is replaced. Variety receives in this way thus also no chance.

    Our improvement suggestion

    The PNVD pleaded for variety and uses itself for it. Individual differences earn respect, because they enrich the life. Diversification receives a chance, if everyone gets as much liberty as possible to make its own choice without thereby the next love from the eyes to lose. A larger liberty does not go inevitably at expense of social living together, if the distance between legislators and citizens is made at the same time as small as possible. By a decentralization the contact between humans becomes again more personal. More power the municipalities and not, as present, for Europe. Small enterprises must receive more chances of survival, so that not only multinational companies remain remaining. If one promotes liberty and next love, one considers from the outset also humans with deviating opinions. In this way one can Evolution take place and then receives the deviation from the standard a chance. By it that humans with different points of view come into contact, will them lively to think independently. Therefore our slogan is called “sapere aude” (- Horatius), which means as much how: Dare it to even think.

    Critically thinking

    We hope to be able to make from all Netherlands citizens critical free philosophers who attach importance on reason and the power of the argument. It is not enough, if the authorities request humans to even think. One should at the same time grant a larger measure of liberty to humans, in order to ensure that they can also select. Humans should be allowed to decide even, whether they discriminate against, smoke, to out-spit, integrate, apply etc. This applies completely particularly also to children. Therefore we want to give you from the twelfth Lebensjahr to the liberty to have Sex to select to play, to decide, with whom they want to live etc. A government, that cuts liberties, in order to protect humans, helps this humans not, but obstructs it at the most in their development.

      One or more seats

      The PNVD would be already content with a seat. We could submit then among other things Petitionen to topics, which were to us because of the heart.

      Over us

      We are honestly, idealistic and take no sheet before the mouth. That we find important and argue for it: Liberty of the expression of opinion for everyone. A discussion should be always possible. Taboos and dogmas do not contribute anything to it, them spread simply fear and intolerance.

      Our theses

      Most political parties are too populist. Sometimes it looks, as if go it only around as much voters as attracting possible; not as means, but as a goal. They permit it that the media determine, when they announce controversy opinions. Hence it follows that politicians keep themselves as many options open as possible and thus the media left to determine what is current. That must change. The PNVD expresses therefore its ideals clearly. These are our 20 theses:

        1. GOVERNMENT/CSTATE

        1.1 no higher minimum per cent hurdle with the choice; also no two party system.
        When reaching 1/150igstel of the voices each party receives also the right to a seat in the chamber. Thus also smaller parties in the chamber remain representing.

        Is possible for 1.2 a change of Basic Law only by popular vote.
        A change of the Basic Law may be accomplished only if from a referendum (popular vote) of the voters it follows that exactly the same decide 2/3 of the chamber, like 2/3 of the population.

        The voters select the Prime Minister for one period of 4 years. This happens in two choice passages. The three candidates with most voices go into the final ballot. The Prime Minister represents the Netherlands politically. It can dismiss Ministers and will even dismiss, if 2/3 of the chamber delegates decide this.

        1.7 the cabinet one abolishes.
        The Ministers become implementing; the second chamber determines the policy. After the choice of a Minister by the largest party, this loses fictitiously seats (150 seats divide by the number of its Ministers). The next larger party selects then the following Minister and so on. If the number of seats is alike, then the party, which had originally the largest remainder voice portion, selects the next Minister.

        1.8 the allocation of seats per a party becomes more democratic.
        The person on the list of candidates with most voices, receives a seat carrier as the first. Afterwards the person, who received thereafter most voices, follows etc. The regulation of the advantages voices, how it exists for the moment, is abolished.

        1,9 children receive the right to vote with 12 years.
        If one gives with 12 years the right to vote to children, politicians pay attention rather to their interests. The policy can very probably use idealistic impulses of children. The right to vote applies to all elections.

        1,10 laws, which concern younger children, are separately judged.
        Because children may not select under 12 years, it would be good to assign a special organization for its interests to occur. Bills must be submitted to this organization for evaluation, binding for the second chamber.

        1.11 each party receive the same transmitting time on the television and the same budget for the election campaign.
        Each party, which participates in the elections, receives the same transmitting time in the public broadcast/television. This depends on the transmitting time for political parties. Exactly the same each party receives the same financial means from the state. In this way also smaller parties - better than now - can publish their opinions.

        1.12 the Sponsern of political parties are forbidden.
        Involving with the work market must be prevented. Political opinion may not be available.

        1,13 funds for investigations are determined by means of allocation of seats.
        The parties can deal freely with this money.

          1.14 the chairman of the second chamber civil servant becomes.

          By the bilingual publication one can pursue both national and internationally the activities of our representatives of the people.

          1.22 in the case of errors do not receive a civil servant golden handshake.
          This is not anywhere usual.

          1.23 the head of state implement some representing affairs.
          It is not good, if a head of state can take directly political influence. Since however the head of state is regarded of many Dutchmen as someone, which can represent the people in the socialcultural sense, how it does the prime minister in the political sense, the PNVD sees for the moment no reason, in order to dissolve this function. If one regards however the present position of the head of state, then he should exchange himself two-weekly with the Prime Minister.

          1.24 the Prime Minister reads out the speech from the throne.
          The speech from the throne is always provided by the government. The head of state keeps - cultural say social.

          1.25 the Netherlands Antilleses and Aruba may become independent.
          If one of these islands should follow from a referendum of the inhabitants that her to become gladly independent to want, then the PNVD is correct for it. If that is not the case, then these islands could become municipalities.

          1.26 it will give a good control system for being correct analysis machines.

            2. MUNICIPALITIES

            2.1 the municipalities receives more autonomy.

            2.4 the mayors is selected by the population of municipality

            2.9 extraordinary elections become possible.
            Because the municipalities receive more autonomy, they also more areas of responsibility receive. For this reason there must be a possibility of an extraordinary choice. It takes place, if more than 50% of the local council members are correct for it.

              3. EUROPE AND WORLD POLITICS

              3.1 less power for Brussels.

                    6. LAW

                    6.1 the iurisdiction is based on the laws decided by the second chamber.

          Ad una lettura veloce trovo che, per lo meno le parti che ho letto, siano tutte molto condivisibili. L'unico punto che mi preoccupa è la legalizzazione della vendita di alcool e fumo dai 12 anni in su visto che si tratta di sostanze velenose che potrebbero avere serie ripercussioni specie su una persona in crescita.

          Più che legalizzare queste due cose io proporrei di passarle dal penale al civile punite solo con una multa (a meno che non sia già così). Non mi pare che una politica proibizionista, lì dove è stata adottata, abbia avuto grandi risultati... anzi, ha fatto solo danni... per questo sono indeciso su questo punto.

          In ogni caso, esistesse in Italia. Lo voterei certamente, senza la minima ombra di dubbio.

            Hmmm... Si, lo porrei a 14 il limite per iniziare a fumare. Bere induce meno alla dipendenza, ed è meno dannoso (sempre che non si esageri).
            In Italia fino ad un pò di tempo fa era vietata la vendita di tabacchi ai minori di anni 16; da un pò a 'sta parte, non sono più sicuro non l'abbiano alzata a 18 o meno (c'è stata in tal senso una proposta della Turco, non so altro).

                          Io conoscevo un olandese, una persona molto gentile che mi ha aiutato quando avevo bisogno di qualcuno con cui parlare. Conosce l'inglese alla perfezione, diversi ordini di grandezza meglio di me, purtroppo però ho perso i contatti con lui anni fa quando il gruppo si è sciolto. Cambiava spesso indirizzo email quindi anche ammesso che ritrovi alcune sue email sarebbe difficile fossero ancora valide. Triste

                            Sarebbe inutile mandare una mail al PNVD, chiedendogli di fornire loro stessi una traduzione ufficiale in inglese? Gli si potrebbe anche accennare dell'eventuale possibilità di rendere consultabile in un secondo momento, una nostra traduzione in lingua nostrana, la stessa che inseriremmo su Wikipedia (dovrebbero accettarcela, no?)

      Sono state apportate delle modifiche rispetto a quando venne proposto la prima volta, o?
      Sai cosa si potrebbe da fare? Sarebbe da tradurlo integralmente per bene e inserirlo su Wikipedia italia. Si, sarebbe un lavorone... però sarebbe anche il modo più efficace per contrastare la disinformazione generale e fornire la giusta visione di quello che il PNVD E' e VUOLE ESSERE.
